• Provide invoice, delivery order, shipping instruction & etc and summit to forwarder for K1 declaration at custom
• Perform online Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysia for application of certificate of origin and cost of analysis
• Apply for exemption on imported goods or machinery, upon issuance of PO to supplier
• Ensure LMW regulation is followed by internal consistently
• Consistently updating direct superior on ad hoc issue or abnormality in shipping documentation
• Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in imports / exports business and documentation
• Well versed knowledge in LMW licensing requirement
• Team workers who are enthusiastic, customer-focused with initiative
• Able to liaise with custom officer/forwarder on custom requirement

Requirements :

• Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent education;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in human resource management and administrative management in the manufacturing industry, and at least 3 years of equivalent management experience.
• Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good personality
• Good communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Familiar with relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment policies in Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems
• Familiarity with foreign personnel's employment visa work and being able to speak Chinese will   be an additional advantage

Job Scopes:

• To conduct orientation to new staff / worker.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off boarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation
• Address employee inquires, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization through assessments and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.
• Improve functional efficiency and provide guidance and coaching to junior staff.
• Responsible for HRDF grants and claims and levy for group companies.
• In-charge of group company insurance (GHS & GTL)
• Preparing letter offer, staff renewal & staff confirmation
• Perform other and hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager / Director.
