This is a new and exciting HR Admin job supporting an HR Manager with transactional HR duties and general office administration. Duties include but not limited to:

• Recruitment: Administer all aspects of recruitment, to include posting job ads, candidate selection and rejection, process and conducting pre-employment checks
• Raise Contracts & Offer letters for all new starters
• Ownership of HR Inductions and onboarding administration
• Stationery orders also including IT equipment and work clothes
• Starters and leavers paperwork
• Updating HR database
• Collating payroll/time sheet information for Payroller
• General office administration

What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will require:

• Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying for CIPD 3
• Previous HR administration
• A desire to continue to learn and upskill within HR
• Excellent people and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail, with excellent written skills
• Effective time management and the ability to work to tight time deadlines
• Hybrid working offered
