The Senior Pharmacist will provide expert input to the GP surgeries in a PCN, the patients they cover and locality services to achieve improvement in the quality and cost effectiveness of prescribing and achieve local and national health initiatives.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Neaden. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to the lives of others, whether that’s helping our colleagues grow in confidence or the people we support gain independence so that they meet their goals.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker as well as experience working with individuals with autism,complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.

We are looking for a customer centric individual who has a knack of continuous improvement for our dynamic and lean CX team. Our ideal teammate should be good at engaging leads in our conversion funnel, mainly focusing on converting leads to potential investors throughout the customer journey. What you will do:

• Delivering a best in class customer experience in person and via our omni-channel support.
• Engaging customers with speed, empathy and effectiveness, while building trust-based and enduring relationships.
• On-boarding customers by processing their applications and performing KYC checks.
• Perform any day-to-day operational tasks under CX team’s portfolio.
• Implement and improve customer engagement strategies necessary to convert leads.
• Taking ownership of customer success metrics, from a company to a personal level.
• Demonstrating strong personal values and a commitment that is in line with our mission and company values.

What we are looking for:

• Able to work full-time for 6 months
• Have 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Experience or Customer Support.
• Fresh grad is welcomed to apply as well!
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Malay. Fluency in Chinese will be a huge added advantage.
• Experience in both handling customers’ inquiries and operation will be an added advantage.
• Good critical thinking skills, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently to achieve defined targets.
• Persuasive and possesses strong inter-personal skills and able to maintain strong client relationships.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• You’re the first to roll up your sleeve in any BAU and ad-hoc tasks.
• Having experience in the financial services or fintech industries will be an advantage.
