Job Descriptions:

Accountable to all plant KPI deliverable related matters in the plant operations under your jurisdiction. Manage, plan and able to communicate overall plant operations to the Management and subordinates to ensure productivity, product quality, on time delivery, cost management and manpower efficiency of production and overall productions related matter.

1. Plan, manage and control overall productions activities to achieve daily production output.
2. Take overall charge of all production’s personnel. To liaise closely with Factory Manager and all section HOD/managers on the monthly production planning and to ensure schedule of each order delivery is met.
3. Manage and control overall rejection to achieve zero rejection rate. To ensure high productivity and minimum wastage. Minimize wastage of source raw material, natural resources, finish goods rejection.
4. To plan and implement preventive maintenance for all dipping lines. Responsible for productions, former and plant maintenance. Manage, communicate and monitor the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure minimum unscheduled downtime, build good repo and collaborate with PEM to understand and ensure the machine and equipment are in good conditions.
5. To provide productions reports to FM timely to ensure all productions KPI are delivered. To ensure output and quality of finished goods shall meet the required standards.
6. Ensure all factories consumable are available at all times, to reduce downtime and maximize production time by coordinating with all departments. Plan chemical consumption and production schedule.
7. Control discipline and headcount of departments.
8. Plan, manage and communicate between shifts. Organize and re-deploy workers in times of emergency stoppage.
9. Planning shift, manpower allocation and assessment of worker capability
10. Provide proactive input of improvisation to the productions process flow in manpower management, utilities management and/or all related to productions.
11. To ensure all the workers follow the safety rules and regulations in daily operations.
12. Responsible to upkeep the cleanliness of plant and factory by organizing regular spot checks and organize cleaning workers. Take priority on emphasizing safety related matters in work place to inspire safety working environment.
13. To identify the staff knowledge and skills gap. Provide input and suggestions to FM and GM the training requirement for all the production workers. Train/ re-train them in their respective job functions as of whenever needed or in the yearly assessment event.

Experience:

• Perform troubleshooting and necessary repairs for identified issues, or escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members for resolution.

3. Follow production protocols and guidelines while conducting patrol checks and addressing identified issues.

4. Keep accurate records of patrol check findings, including any repairs or maintenance activities performed.

5. Collaborate with the maintenance team and other relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

7. Assist in the development and improvement of maintenance procedures and protocols related to patrol checks.

Position: Production Development Executive (R&D)

Responsibilities:

• Planning and carrying out R&D activities and projects that comply with food regulations as well as the company vision and mission.
• Create and design new recipes to improve food product from the organization in consideration of ideas and market demand for new products and refine taste profiles through experimentation.
• Improve and revise existing product formulations and processes if necessary to optimize productivity and cost.
• Conduct sensory and shelf-life evaluation for new and existing product samples.

RESPONSIBILITIES   :          

a) Ensure premises, equipment and machinery are well maintained, repaired or serviced in a timely manner.

b)  Carry out maintenance jobs as specified in Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

2.  Develop production plans to optimize efficiency and effectiveness on

the production floor. Present the plans to key departments to cross-check

its attainability.

3.  Check and monitor the daily production output vs plan, update HOD if

any variance.

4.  Monitor, control and prepare all planning documents (material

requisition, FG stock in, and others).

5.  Work closely with HOD and other key department to ensure timely

updating of information, including recipes, bills of materials, and product

specifications.

Requirement;

1.  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Sciences or Business Studies or equivalent

2.  Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English.

3.  Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or production floow within the F&B industry.

4.  Good communication and interpersonal skills
