About the Role

As a Senior Associate – Portfolio Management, reporting to the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Management members in Credit & Risk Department, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the loan portfolio accounts. You will focus on monitoring borrower accounts, managing delinquencies, and implementing strategies to minimize default risk. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Legal and Compliance team, Credit team, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient portfolio management and timely resolution of delinquent accounts. Are you ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a difference? • Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis
• Monitor the performance of loan portfolio, tracking loan repayments and identifying early warning signs of payment difficulties and potential delinquencies.
• Utilize data analysis to examine portfolio trends, delinquency rates and risk exposures, enabling informed decision-making and effective risk mitigation strategies. 
• Delinquency Management
• Proactively handle delinquent accounts by closely monitoring payment patterns and initiating appropriate collection actions. Implement targeted collection strategies to address outstanding issues.  
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assess the viability of restructuring options for distressed accounts. Additionally, demonstrate the ability to liaise with external legal counsel, credit insurance companies, and debt collectors when dealing with delinquent and default cases. 
• Reporting and Documentation
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on delinquency and recovery rates, and portfolio performance for management review. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to portfolio management and delinquency resolution. 

• University degree or above in Legal, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines; 
• Proven related experience within the financial services industry; 
• Strong understanding in risk management and loan recovery in a trade finance and finance segment; Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce industry would be a plus; 
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to lending and financial services; 
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and assess credit risk; 
• Able to work independently and self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded and target oriented; 
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills and a team player able to work with internal and external legal counsel and business partners in a fast-paced start-up entity; 
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications is required;

• Schedule pest control treatment activities using internal scheduling system, by liaising with field Operations on resource availability, to produce efficient routes that maximize resource capacity
• Support Sales team with priority scheduling within routes to drive business growth
• Receive inbound customer communications relating to service scheduling requirements and addresses reported issues/complaints within the scheduling system
• Monitor services delivery status through daily task reviews and re-schedules to assist service leaders drive operational efficiency
• Completes daily transaction tasks within the internal scheduling system based on field reports to enable billing and payment collection
• Communicates with service leaders on order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure uninterrupted route activation
• Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the internal system

• Generate and prepare service reports, where required. Business general direction is to work digitally and move into paperless environment

• Higher Diploma or above with 1 year working experience / University degree in any disciplines, experience in scheduling or booking in service industry is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Planning Executive
• Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office and Chinese typing, Google enterprise solutions (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
• Fast learner with strong attention to details

About the Role

The Fund Operations Team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented manager to help scale our business and support our exponential growth. In this role, you will manage a team of high-performing associates to ensure operational excellence. You will also collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to introduce automation and scalability to take FundPark to the next level of growth.

What you need to do

• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners on trade operation and processing including drawdown, rollover, repayment as well as settlement
• Approve or seek approval of transactions as per FundPark’s standard operational procedures
• Resolve discrepancies and reconciliation of accounts
• Responsible for compliance and regulatory matters, including customer due diligence (CDD), calculation of Net Asset Value of different sub-accounts

Responsibilities:

• Handle debt collection and credit control functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Liaise with customers and the sales team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
• Co-work with related collectors and handle some special invoices from key accounts request
• Upload the invoice into Laserfiche system for matching up the service docket within the time limit
• Handle the general administration works, and ad hoc tasks as required

• Schedule pest control treatment activities using internal scheduling system, by liaising with field Operations on resource availability, to produce efficient routes that maximize resource capacity
• Support Sales team with priority scheduling within routes to drive business growth
• Receive inbound customer communications relating to service scheduling requirements and addresses reported issues/complaints within the scheduling system
• Monitor services delivery status through daily task reviews and re-schedules to assist service leaders drive operational efficiency
• Completes daily transaction tasks within the internal scheduling system based on field reports to enable billing and payment collection
• Communicates with service leaders on order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure uninterrupted route activation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our production systems. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and tools that support the delivery and operation of our software. This role is to complete our 7x24 global technical support service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team, DevOps team, and QA team to identify and address reliability issues in the software development lifecycle
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems to ensure the health and availability of our production systems
• Diagnose and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct post-mortem analysis of production incidents and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for reliability and infrastructure management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Perform AML investigations for the country team with adherence to the FIU operating procedures and local regulations.

•Responsible for the appropriate collection and analysis of documents to assist in identifying unusual transaction patterns.
•Interact with relevant units and the business in regards to investigations, as well as other ad-hoc projects.
•Recommend filing of SARs as appropriate, and track recommendations and account closures, as required.
•Manage AML investigation volumes and address/escalate potential issues when appropriate.
•Assist in the execution of Manager’s Control Assessment (self-assessment).
•Provide country specific AML investigation/SAR metrics related metrics to the oversight team.
•Identify and escalate potential risks to FIU lead.
