What You’ll Get to Do:

As the selected candidate for this role, you will in part, provide continuous integrity of highly classified and complex physical security systems installed in US Forces operational facilities worldwide. • Provides GSA Container, vault and pedestrian door locking device Inspection, maintenance and repair as required by supported MSC S2/SSO.

• Maintain Electronic Security Systems (ESS) as required by supported MSC S2/SSO to include semi-annual IDS testing for protected facilities.

• Applies advanced technical state-of- the- art integration of engineering models or prototypes, major system modifications to physical security systems and operations with fire detection and suppression systems, environmental systems, station power and grounding systems to National Code and INSCOM configuration management regulations, standards and requirements.

• Performs complex Electromagnetic Interference/Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) analyses and makes recommendations for mitigation. Maintains baseline information for US military unique physical security systems.

• Performs complicated diagnostics, fault isolation and maintenance of complex electronic analog and digital communications and telecommunications equipment and Radio Frequency (RF) systems High Frequency through Microwave (HF through MW).

• Representative of this equipment are antennas, preamplifiers, receivers, demodulators, converters, fiber optic systems, computers, graphic workstations, printers, recorders, analog and digital displays, input/output devices, Local Area Network (LANs), and test equipment.

• Configures, tests, and installs unique proprietary computer software and hardware for physical security systems. Performs software updates and modifications, graphics changes, additions, historical and operating system backups.

• Conducts site surveys and analyses of physical security system and network requirements and produces complex network diagrams and recommended solutions to accommodate system and network evolution. Evaluates proposed computer hardware and computer network systems to determine technical feasibility, costs for implementation, and operational adequacy.

• Provides classified technical documentation and training to technical personnel on modification, integration, and installation of network equipment, configuration of network software and installation of proprietary system software on electronic communication equipment’s.

• Provides life cycle support of physical security system software and hardware, configuration management, research and identify replacement Logical Replacement Units (LRU) for equipment and system upgrades, and trains technical personnel on system software) and other special and unique applications.

• Research, design and install tailored systems and technologies to support reconfigured facilities.

• Operates Built-In Test Equipment (BITE) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

• Provides technical support for access control and intrusion detection systems such as voice, data, biometric, and or wireless access denial systems installed in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college/university with eight years’ experience in physical security systems; or 10 years of Military equivalent technical training.

• Employee must have knowledge in computer system maintenance, assorted software versions and enhancements, analysis and test. In addition, employee is required to have at least two years’ experience working with unique software applications, and experience working with server configuration, administration and network support.

• Subject matter expert level knowledge with configuration management, installation practices and regulations, research and identify replacement Logical Replacement Units (LRU) for equipment and system upgrades of proprietary systems, and quality assurance practices and requirements.

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF  Foundry Support Technician 

you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS  USAREUR-AF  Foundry Support Technician  you will embed at  the Main Post in the city of Grafenwoehr, Federal Republic of Germany  and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties as Foundry Support Technician will include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the USAREUR-AF G2 functional area expert for intelligence-related training programs, providing expertise and guidance to ensure effective training delivery.

• Serve as a DTS Reviewing Officer (RO) within the DTS claim process, limited to 5-level responsibilities, as outlined in the appointment memorandum. Acknowledge and address the risks associated with contractor involvement in DTS work due to their exemption from pecuniary liability, expectations, or limitations under existing U.S. law.

• Assist in managing multiple training programs in support of various USAREUR-AF contingency, mobilization, and exercise plans, contributing to the successful execution of missions and deployments.

• Assist in reviewing and recommending new Foundry Program procedures, regulatory guidance, and publications to optimize the administration of the program and ensure efficiency.

• Assist in coordinating policy decisions with the DA and INSCOM Program Managers, fostering collaboration and alignment across intelligence training initiatives.

• Monitor daily G2 operations and assist in preparing and briefing a running estimate for the USAREUR-AF G2 and senior leaders, providing valuable situational awareness on current intelligence training and operations.

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and funding Foundry training events and exercises to enhance the readiness of tactical MI teams through advanced skills training, home station training, technical certifications, and live environment training.

• Apply intelligence principles, coupled with a practical knowledge of resource management and intelligence training, to carry out the intelligence function and provide direct technical mission support.

• Assist in ensuring that USAREUR-AF and subordinate command's training requirements and events are properly documented, maintaining accurate records and facilitating compliance.

• Serve as an advisor on intelligence training policies and programs, evaluating their effectiveness and relevance to operational requirements.

• Assist The Army Language Program (TALP) for the command, supporting the identification and coordination of language program requirements for Military Intelligence linguists, civilians, and soldiers.

• Assist in providing reports and training statistics in accordance with DA G2, USAREUR-AF, and INSCOM requirements and guidance, contributing to accurate and timely reporting.

• Assist in managing and requesting other funding sources to support Multinational Intelligence Training initiatives, EUCOM, and USAREUR-AF multinational engagement strategy, including planning and exercise support.

• Assist in managing the Foundry TDY funding in coordination with the USAREUR-AF Resource Management Office, including serving as a DTS Reviewing Officer (RO).

• Assist in ensuring proper accounting and reconciliation of Foundry funds monthly, submitting a monthly Foundry budget status report to the USAREUR-AF TREX OIC.

This engineering technician position will be in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division's missile telemetry data branch in their East Coast operations in Portsmouth, VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Technician will primarily be responsible for assisting with telemetry system design for portable operations on board various naval ships.

• Telemetry hardware logistics assistance.

• Onload/offload/installation of telemetry gear from ships.

• Ship riding with telemetry lead engineer to collect missile telemetry data for analysis purposes. 

• In addition to these responsibilities, this technician will provide assistance to the lead telemetry engineers onsite at NSWC Corona as well as on board various US Navy and Foreign Navy ships as required. 

• Additionally, this technician will be responsible for maintaining the data repository for the missile telemetry group and archiving data as required.

CACI is currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support our mission critical client in Fort Belvoir, VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As the selected candidate, you will, in part, be responsible for completing various general and specialized trade skills, including but not limited to; electrical, carpentry, painting, concrete, plumbing, welding, drywall installing or repair of various ceiling systems.  Duties may also include maintenance of the structure surrounding a facility such as fencing and gates.


More About the Role:

• Responsible for infrastructure sustainment activities

• Repair and change locks in the building and perform complex lock servicing to ensure maximum safety of all people

• Responsible for developing supply estimates for various projects, gathering technical data, evaluating/formulating safety procedures, material and fiscal requirements for assigned projects

• May assist project coordinator in planning, cost estimating, designing, developing and completing local projects

• Possess a working knowledge of laws, policies and procedures pertaining to the construction work environment, i.e., Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), facility, system equipment security, Environmental Compliance Assessment Protocol (ECAP) and National Electrical Code (NEC  

• Apply electrical, mechanical and structural knowledge to perform duties as assigned and as required to interpret construction and building blueprints periodically

• Duties may also include maintenance of the structure surrounding a facility such as fencing and gates

• Able to lift and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as climb ladders, walking up several flights of stairs, working on elevated surfaces and/or work in unusual or uncomfortable body positions or environmental conditions

• Some positions involve performance of work outdoors during various weather conditions

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Vocational or High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least three (3) experience as a General Maintenance Mechanic.

• Specialized experience may include but is not limited to: knowledge of the fundamentals of engineering technician work, i.e., using a variety of trade skills such as electrical, carpentry, painting, concrete, plumbing, welding, and drywall; interpreting diagrams, specifications, manuals, and supply/cost estimates

• Experience in troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly

• Excellent ability to communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding

• Exhibit good mechanical skills to handle equipment to avoid causing injuries to self and others on ground

• Must have ability to evaluate computer related work orders in accurate manner

• US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance
