What will you deliver?

The Team Leader will be report to the Facilities Management Team and be responsible for the cleanliness of the hospital and the supervision of Ward Housekeepers and Patient Service Assistants. Be able to discuss and liaise with Trust management and our customers in a proactive manner daily to ensure the contract specification is met in relation to Soft Services. To organise all daily tasks and work as a team with your fellow Team Leaders.

Equans is looking for a Mobile Cleaner and Handyperson to join our team in Dartford County & Family Court, DA1 1DX and surrounding areas, Kent, Sussex and Surrey. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,000 to £27,000 depending on skills and experience and benefits package,

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive tasks on a wide variety of surfaces, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and Equans processes and procedures. What will you deliver?
