• Enforce and ensure adherence of Safety Guideline and Regulations for Staffs
• Monitor and Manage Staff Discipline, Welfare and Grooming
• To verify the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Report
• To proper Manage & Control of Section Operating Cost
• To monitor Daily Attendance of Staff
• Implement a program of Preventive/Predictive maintenance w/calibration for all Production & Warehouse Equipment’s and Machines
• Ensure good, clean and safe working environment in the factory by implementing the basic requirements outlined in the respective municipal regulations and government legislation. A 5S environment and approach
