As a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (TITLE 32), GS-2005-7, you will perform routine and nonroutine material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops; be responsible for local management of decentralized and decontrolled items which require technical intervention to assure effective supply support and economy; plan requirements, both quantitative and monetary, to satisfy customer needs; authorize procurement and be responsible for funds management; be responsible for limited aspects of storage management; develop and install local procedures and techniques to achieve and maintain smooth, effective, and coordination storage operations.

Supervises staff of Air Traffic Control Specialists that is responsible for carrying out air traffic control assignments.

Plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinate employees. Sets work priorities and schedules. Approves leave; gives counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. Evaluates performance of employees and performance ratings. Hears and resolves complaints from employees and refers group grievances and more serious complaints to a higher-level manager. Identifies and arranges for developmental and other training needs of employees. Finds ways improve production or increase the quality of the work directed. This Stakeholder Manager position is located at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with leadership to develop, coordinate, implement and maintain a program to communicate to stakeholders TSA's policies, programs, and directives.
• Identifying and responding to stakeholders' questions, programs, and concerns regarding security.
• Recommending changes to improve communications with stakeholders.
• Working to identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of aviation security policies.

• Orders operational rations through automated systems.
• Maintains subsistence supply inventory.
