This position is critical to the day-to-day operation of their production area in order to meet Site and customer goals and objectives.

The position is responsible for the coordination and the control of all maintenance related projects and initiatives.

Major opportunities include; improving unit integrity and reliability, reducing process downtime, improving unit’s safety performance and meeting scheduling needs.

This position is responsible for solving day-to-day equipment related problems.

Systems Management of Maintenance Work Notifications

• Identifies all required maintenance work for the unit, oversees the work notification process in SAP and tracks delivery of maintenance service.
• Reviews and approves all notifications in SAP with the help of a Plant or Reliability Engineer as required
• Flags notifications in SAP that require further review towards a MOC prior to execution.
• Follows up on all Priority 1 notifications that were previously completed to ensure that no additional work needs to be performed.
• Maintains communication with the notification originator to ensure that the status of the notification is current and communicated.
• Performs notification audits on all notifications entered into SAP.

Operations Maintenance Scheduling

• Determines when Priority 2 notifications need to be executed in conjunction with the Scheduler, based upon material availability and operational requirements.
• Participates in regular update meeting to ensure communication with Maintenance organization on daily maintenance activities, the status of any new Priority 1 or 2 notifications and providing a prioritized list of Work Orders to plan for the following 2+ weeks.
• Assists the Maintenance organization in the development of the next week's schedule based on operations needs and priorities.
• Ensures that the agreed upon daily schedule is communicated to the Production Shift Supervisors on maintenance activities and job preparation activities.
• Participate in the shutdown/outage planning including creating notifications as required.

Safe Work Planning

• Walks down all Maintenance work orders two weeks prior to execution with the Planner/Supervisor to ensure that all parts, shared services and safety issues have been addressed prior to scheduling the work.

Operation Maintenance Management

• Ensures that critical equipment PM are identified and completed.
• Lead bad actors meeting to facilitate team discussion with Production Engineering and Maintenance dept to identify and eliminate root causes for the bad actors Operations.
• Provide coverage for the other Production Coordinator during their absence.
• Participate in the Root Cause Analysis investigation for HSE and Process incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology or Equivalent

Main Duties& Responsibilities :

Performing routine operations

Quality control

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Works with Electrical & Instrument Engineers and vendors contribute to Plant E&I Equipment Reliability and continuous improvement that fit for purpose for Process Improvement, with the objective to improve process/ occupational safety, improve product safety/ quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity/ productivity and reduce costs.
2. Support Electrical & Instrument Engineers for plant maintenance related troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure plant equipment uptime and achieve KPI set for the Maintenance department.
3. Support maintenance manager to achieve KPI set in all aspect, such as Safety, Quality Productivity and provide technical support in all the aspect of plant maintenance
4. Act as Maintenance Subject Matter Expert for various E& I system in Synthetic Rubber Production Process.
5. Troubleshoot E&I system trouble, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures ensure action items fallow up close until the end.
6. Ensure LT Plan updated and all document in order for Customer audit and fallow up customer audit and other audit action items fallow up till the end.
7. Manage and control documents related to Instrument and Control System.
8. Participate actively in HAZOP studies and fallow up action items as per process safety requirements.
9. Participate in Company EHSQ program and cooperate with its promotion and improvement
10. Collaborate with other departments in Management systems of AKSS such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651, IATF16949, Safety Case regime, Energy management system and ISCC plus as process engineering function
11. Perform study as Maintenance Function such as NRW, MOC and as per request from other departments.
12. Keep and maintain safe and health work environment
13. Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OSHAS18001, IATF 16949).
14. To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
15. Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A bachelor’s degree in electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Systems or equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) working experience in Petrochemical Industries.
3. Expert in Plant Electrical, Instruments, Distributed Control System (DCS), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Maintenance.
4. Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard (Preferred)
5. Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SS651
6. Functional Safety System Maintenance and testing and in accordance with IEC standard requirement.
7. Familiarity with Electrical installation system maintenance requirements and standard
8. Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

• Execution of maintenance work order in guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities.
