Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Entering financial data into accounting systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Organizing and filing financial documents and records for easy retrieval.
Administrative Support to Accounting Department: Assisting the accounting team with various tasks, such as month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Providing support during audits by gathering and organizing financial documents and records.
Liaising with external parties, such as vendors, clients, and auditors, as needed. Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with colleagues in different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders as needed.
Requirement
Higher Nitec or equivalent in any field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, google drive, Doc sheet
Ability to work independently
