HACCP, GMP, ISO22000 and practices.
. Investigate product issues/feedback.
. Responsible for internal and external audits.
. Conduct quality control checks on incoming, process, and outgoing products.
. Conduct internal training for food handlers.
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
. Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related disciplines
. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the food industry QC/R&D
environment
. Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated & methodical
· Independent & a team player
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
. Support R&D projects & assist in sample preparation
