Operations Management:
· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks across departments to maintain smooth business functions.
· Liaise closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment with product delivery strategies and customer needs.
· Assist the Regulatory Department in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.
· Issue invoices, airway bills, and assist with packing and labeling of products for delivery.
· Provide logistical and administrative support, including the preparation of internal and external audits.
· Help build and improve resilient internal processes to support rapid scaling and operational growth.
· Coordinate internal resources and assist various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the company's standards.
· Provide administrative support to ensure all marketing and operational initiatives are executed seamlessly.
Marketing Support & Content Development:
· Assist in the creation and development of engaging marketing materials, such as product brochures, press releases, and digital content for social media.
· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to inform marketing strategies.
· Develop innovative marketing ideas to promote EyRIS products and services, reaching new clients and partners.
· Respond to customer inquiries through email and social media platforms, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Event Representation & Global Branding:
· Represent EyRIS at international events, exhibitions, and conferences, promoting our innovative solutions to a global audience.
· Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities that boost brand awareness and client engagement.
Administrative & Operational Efficiency:
· Perform any other additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
