Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible in conceptualizing and leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of virtual / hybrid / physical events.
- Manage events activations, from initial planning, through execution and reconciliation.
- Assist in ensuring all events are delivered within budget.
- Ensure the best attendee experience from pre-event to post-event
- Responsible for conceptualizing and executing campaigns and writing effective, engaging copy for owned content, website, paid ads, EDMs, banners, etc.
- Formulates social media strategy for campaigns, plans, develops and monitor content to garner a stronger and more engaging digital and social presence.
- Monitor and develop reports on brand and competitor activities within social media spaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in relevant fields or in Events Integrated, Business, Marketing etc.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in a Marketing or similar role
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera to create social media content.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Prior experience with planning and executing events (virtual, hybrid and physical) will be a bonus.
- Able to commit on weekends during event period.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful, possess the ability to set priorities, and to work well within a team environment.
