We are looking to hire a Scrum Master / Product Owner to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals for front-office Equities technology.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years as a Scrum Master or Product Manager, with specific experience in trading applications within an investment banking environment.
• Knowledge of equities trading workflows and front-office technology systems will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Equities applications, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage
