About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Associate based in Singapore with fluent Japanese and English language skills to remotely support our growing entity in Japan.

You will use your life science customer service experience, combined with technical credibility, to liaise between customers; distributors and other internal departments to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded

What you will be doing:

• Standard sales order creation and maintenance - interpret requirements of purchase order details, quotes, and sales or customer inputs to create and maintain stock sales orders in ERP system in accordance with contract guidelines and 10X policies and procedures
• Content expert on ERP and CRM teams to enable quote to invoice, opportunity management, and complaint management
• Create and manage product returns, credit and debit memos in ERP system and update CRM. Coordinate with logistics and field team for pickup or RMA of instruments and provides information/updates to customers and internal teams as needed
• Create and manage service requests to field teams in CRM and service contracts in ERP system pursuant to purchase order details, quote and sales or service management input
• Handle product and order enquiries via phone and email with internal and external customers to provide direction or solution
• Monitor Back Orders and manage updates in system and communication updates to customers and internal staff on a regular basis
• Validate accuracy of sales orders and provide guidance to resolve errors or escalate to Senior Staff or Manager for resolution of errors
• Collaborate with internal and regional teams to drive on time fulfillment of orders and resolution of issues to exceed customer expectations
• Read/Analyze Reports in support of order fulfillment
• Manage Japanese customer base and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Multi-year customer support experience
• Knowledge of ERP and SFDC business systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese (business level)
• Detail oriented and ability to work and respond appropriately under pressure
• Flexibility to work after office hours when required
• Demonstrable ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in life science, chemistry or business
• Additional language skills desirable (preferably Mandarin)

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist with fluent Korean and English language skills based in Singapore to remotely support the growing territory in Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will leverage your commercial expertise to manage the sales funnel and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded for the territory. You will prospect through engaged selling activities with customers and drive sales campaigns through effective collaboration with customers, distributors and internal cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing:

• Work with internal commercial teams at 10x Genomics APAC and sales teams from channel partners to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Manage the customer sales process for specific territories via phone, e-mail, virtual meeting and other prospecting tools
• Independently establish and execute strategies for obtaining new customers through sales metrics analysis and market research
• Qualify in-bound marketing qualified leads, engage with existing customers and leads, guide customers to the products that best meet their research and budgetary needs, coordinate with internal teams to address customer questions, and assist on tender process, etc
• Partner with internal and external sales teams to ensure optimal adoption of CRM tools for accurate lead and customer tracking and sales forecasting

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to travel to the USA and within the Asia Pacific region up to 10%
• Fluent in Korean and English (business level)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

About the Role/Team:

As the Director / Associate Director, Xenium Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of Xenium Specialist, looking to grow customer engagement and drive adoption of Xenium platform throughout the APAC region (including China)

What you will be doing:

• Develop, execute and monitor the district business plan to meet assigned revenue and strategic objectives.
• Engage key opinion leaders and researchers in scientific discussions regarding genomics and spatialomics to understand their research needs and offer solutions.

10x Genomics is looking for an outstanding individual to join its consumable manufacturing team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for 10x consumables product – handling of lab equipments, automated dispensing equipment and manual processes to support the Chip and Gel Bead production. This position may require extended periods of sitting or standing and extensive work using laboratory and automated dispensing equipment.

This will be a non-exempt position in 10x Chip and Gel Bead manufacturing team. Individuals applying to this position should have understanding of industry manufacturing workflow and ERP system. This individual must be a self-starter, quick learner and detail oriented, work well in a team atmosphere, have good communication skills, ability to adapt and thrive in working at a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Execute production operations according to defined procedures and ensure the integrity and quality of our products
• Handling of automated equipment for dispensing, coating, backpacking process
• Required to perform manual transfer of chips, packaging process
• Required to handle laboratory equipment for Gel Bead process
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness (6S) of the working area
• Maintenance of production batch records and good documentation under ISO requirement
• Process work order accurately using an ERP (Oracle) system in a timely manner
• Identify issues occurred in production labs and escalate issues to supervisor’s attention
• Incident investigation and reporting:
  • Able to initiate discussion within team following incident investigation process with broad supervision.
• Assist in writing and revising work instructions and production batch records

• Willing to undergo job rotation/ cross training

Minimum Requirements:

• ‘O’ Level / SPM or equivalent required, NTC / NITEC / Diploma Certificate
