Stakeholders Engagement and Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, and Operations, and external partners

· Cultivate relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and support business growth initiatives

Requirements/Profile

• 10+ years sales and leadership experience with a proven track record of success in an international, multi-cultural business environment.

• Have extensive contacts and business experience with telcos, MNOs. Broadcasters, payTV operators and OTT providers in Southeast Asia

• In-depth knowledge of current players in the industry and profound understanding of industry dynamics and trends.

• Knowledge of security services and solutions in in the digital TV environment is a plus

• Demonstrated achievement in sales and new client development; handling and managing a revenue objective of at least US$5m/year.

• Strong presentation skills; ability to tailor presentation and content of solutions to executive and business focused audiences, as well as technical professionals.

• Demonstrates an executive presence via clear communication and implementation of win-win strategies.

• Self starter with an exceptional desire to win.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director (Korea market) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business through research-based business development and initiating different sales and marketing approaches in Korea.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for the in-country market。
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding, in the Korea market, covering domestic hiring, bringing overseas talent to Korea, and Korea-headquartered companies' global hiring.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in the Korea market.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes catered to the Korea market.

Qualifications:

• A minimum bachelor's degree in business, management, or a similar field.
• 15 or more years of proven consultative sales including Korea in-market onshore experience, with a strong coverage of Korean companies.
• A strong network of local contacts in the Korean Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or related industries.
• The track record of prospecting and managing Korean C-level and senior-level relationships with clients across mid-to-large enterprises and start-ups.
• Experience gained at MNC building excellent client relationships, offering value-added services, and providing insightful and strategic vision for the clients.
• Bilingual in English and Korean for market coverage.
