Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Under the operation execution team, you will in charge of the daily packing operation, inventory, admin and customer service management

• Manage daily operational activities related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the e-commerce platform, improve the user experience.

• Manage e-commerce marketing campaigns and strategy

• Manage and set-up e-commerce listing on various platform and livestream to ensure smooth operation

• Act as a liaison between drivers and customers and provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations and good customer service

Requirements

• Independent and flexible in taking on new task.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Providing informational content to attract and retain viewers.
• Introduce and showcase products, highlighting their features, benefits, selling points and user experience to generate interests and sales.
• Maintain a consistent intonation and image throughout the live stream, aligning with the company's image.
• Working Hours: Each live session will last between 2H - 4H.

Job Scope:

• Administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms such as Shopee / Lazada / TikTok / Facebook for our Malaysia platform
• Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
• Produce/Create Reels and TikToks, in consultation with our account managers and other creatives.
• Daily monitor and reply customer inquiries appropriately across all E-commerce platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices
• Handle & Manage to follow up with customers' requests, enquiries, orders etc

• Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
