Key Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable assignment (Record transactions, liaise with third-party providers, and suppliers, require the statement of account from vendors by the end of the month).
• Check on staff claims/petty cash and ensure proper receipts/documents are submitted with proper authorization.
• Ensure transactions are accurately and timely processed and recorded in the financial system.
• Maintain proper up-to-date filing of documents.
• Assist in month-end stock take and annual external audit.
• Other Administrative works.
• Assist in period-end closing activities and liaise with other departments as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned if necessary.

Experience/Desired Skillset

• Diploma in Finance Accounting/LCCI/ CAT/ACCA level 1 and or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• QuickBooks Accounting software knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to handle a high volume of transactions.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Able to work as a team player and willing to learn.
• Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the Principal on administration matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role. This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and record (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
• Input data on ONE ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new teachers, LON etc)

Job Requirements

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the center’s philosophies whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
• Implement a project based curriculum inspired by Reggio Emelia.
• Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
• Plan, co-ordinate and provide consultation to the Management, staff and customers
• Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior
• Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
• Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
• Monitor and work with the Human Resources on individual staff’s continuing professional development
• Help develop teaching goals for the center and its teachers
• Undertake administrative tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Has at least 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits including English Language.
• Has completed the Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), or its equivalent recognized by ECDA.
• Minimum 7 years of experience working in a childcare setting
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory and curriculum development experience
• Strong in spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills
• A good level of computer literacy
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Up to date with the government regulations, curriculum framework (Nurturing Early Learners, Early Years Development Framework), quality assurance framework (SPARK)
• Upto date with the pre-licensing process and approvals.

We are expanding rapidly and currently looking for a Cluster Head to join our team.

The responsibilities for the candidate will include the following:

· Responsible for a cluster of 8-10 pre-school centres

· Oversee planning, implementation of curriculum and processes to support the Centre as well as holistic development of children

· Monitor effectiveness of learning programmes and curriculum

· Manage health and safety issues of centres

· Increase enrolment and achieve revenue/profitability targets including target for enrichment programmes and other projects

· Implement policies and ensure compliance with quality and statutory requirements

· Mentor the Principals to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching & evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies

· Effective integration of new schools

· Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives

· Prepare budget & control budget expenditures

· Lead, guide, coach, evaluate and inspire team performance

· Oversee the implementation of Centre initiatives and activities

· Set up platforms to engage parents and community

· Implementation of excellent service culture and best practices

· Liaise with the CEO and Centre Principal on any urgent matters

Experience/Desired Skillset

· 3 to 5 years of experience of being a Principal in a pre-school setting

· At lease 2-3 years of experience of being a Cluster Head of preschools

· Excellent leadership to lead team of professional teachers and staff as well as have detailed planning qualities

· Must be fluent in Chinese and English

· Self-starting approach and positive attitude to contribute

· Adaptable with the willingness to learn and implement new changes

· Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

· Good experience working closely with parents and teachers

· Worked in schools that have a diverse population and profile

· Experience with Licensing and SPARKS is a bonus but not essential

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The responsibilities for the candidate will include the following:

• Oversees centralised LPP enrolment.
• Serves as point of contact and coordinates support to the prospective parents, including, but not limited to Centre Admins, Centre Principals, Teachers and Management
• Handles phone calls and emails from prospective LPP parents.
• Answers application and enrolment inquiries from the prospective parents
• Assists families with LPP enrolment queries and admissions procedures, including discounts and withdrawal policies
• Ensure families are aware of a detailed breakdown of our fees and any other additional information.
• Monitors and supports regular communications to families, including face to face and/or virtual family engagement sessions for parents and community members.
• Organises and inputs information into a log for sharing with Centre Admins and reporting to Management.
• Plans and coordinates with the Management for events and other important dates.
• Manages LPP’s s Marketing campaigns for enrolments - including support and collection of information for the various LPP websites, Parent websites (Sassy Mama, HoneyKids Asia) and social media platforms (FB/Instagram)
• Organises, supports, and/or facilitate LPP Open Houses
• Organises Parent Activities – such as in-condo events, coffee meets, café meet-ups etc. to engage prospective parents to join LP

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in speaking and writing English skills. (Chinese will be an added advantage)
