Supervising the development and execution of business plans for the expansion of the region, you will identify new growth opportunities and increase brand reputation across all channels, including digital and travel retail. You will also manage strategic partnerships with existing and new stakeholders and work cross-functionally with various teams internally.

In this role, you will report to the CEO of SEAO, being a member of the Regional Exco, you will lead and develop a team of diverse individuals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence:

· Lead the development of regional strategic plans and business goals, aligned with the corporate objectives

· Drive business growth through data-informed decision-making, utilizing advanced business & market intelligence, consumer insights, and competitive analysis

· Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to monitor progress against strategic goals and objectives

Partnerships and Market Expansion:

· Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on key partnerships and growth initiatives, across various business areas. Synergize with the Market MDs to explore and identify new opportunities/emerging cities as new revenue streams

· Co-create Regional travel retail strategy with the Global Travel Retail (GTR) based on industry trends and tourism data. Design TR boutique productivity strategy, co-develop pre-departure and in-trip marketing initiatives in collaboration with markets and GTR teams

· Build and implement the Fragrance Commercial agenda in close partnership with the Central Fragrance Team. Drive further the retailization strategy of the Fragrance Business and prepare a localization plan supporting the development of competencies in the markets

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

· Collaborate with the Central Retail Department (RD) to coordinate and lead the implementation of central initiatives across markets, based on their unique needs. Ensure alignment with global brand strategies and successful local execution and adoption

· Serve as a liaison between markets and Central RD, to monitor the impact and effectiveness of the implemented initiatives, provide recommendations for continuous improvement, facilitate communication and best practices sharing

· Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging experimentation and creative thinking, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Foster collaboration, teamwork, and accountability, ensuring that all team members are empowered to contribute their ideas and expertise to drive business success

Digital Excellence:

· Lead the strategic direction of the e-commerce business, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in the digital landscape, fostering growth, and enhancing seamless customer experience

· Collaborate with key business teams, leveraging domain analytics on traffic, engagement, and conversion, and produce actionable insights to optimize digital performance

· Champion a culture of digital excellence, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation and best practices in the luxury industry. Expand brand reach with different commercial models building relationships and partnerships with eco-system key players

Real Estate Relationship Coordination:

· Lead the coordination of real estate relationships across the region, alongside the RIC Real Estate department, Legal and Finance teams to secure the continuation of lease terms and conditions for existing network

· Oversee the entire scope of real estate activities within SEAO, aligning market real estate strategies with overall business objectives and brand positioning, actively identifying challenges and opportunities

Stakeholders Engagement and Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, and Operations, and external partners

· Cultivate relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and support business growth initiatives

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication strategy co-development – 30%

· Facilitate markets to develop and implement the local communication strategy to grow visibility, desirability and sales

· Empower markets to develop comprehensive communication plans and creative briefs that align with global strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Watch & Accessories Senior Manager is responsible for the development of Singapore and ASEAN markets on these 2 categories. Its key responsibility is to build and drive concrete action plans based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. These action plans should embrace each market singularity while complying with Maison global strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead strategic planning & action plans

o Be a key driving force in Cartier Watches & Accessories strategic plan definition

The Company

The Position

Based in Singapore, the Brand Controller, South Asia of Specialist Watchmakers cluster, oversees the financial monitoring of South Asia business performance of two to three Maisons with key focus on the annual budget, rolling forecasts, latest estimates and actual reporting, strategic plans, financial KPIs, office & facilities investment requests, balance sheet and cashflow management.

This position reports to the Head of FP&A, SWM South Asia. The position is a member of the Richemont FP&A community of APAC and South Asia driving FP&A initiatives, promoting best practices, and elevating professional competency of the Finance function. The position has no direct report.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safeguard the assets and resources of the Group by maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions
2. Owner of budget and forecast processes of the two Maison for South Asia, key contact between head-offices and the 4 markets (SG, AU, TH and MY), to drive financial planning and monitoring of targets and KPIs
3. Monitor business and cost trends across markets, analyse financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and recommend corrective measures

THE POSITION

Based in Singapore, the Head of FP&A oversees the financial monitoring of South-East Asia and Oceania (SEAO) business performance with key focus on the annual budget, rolling forecasts, strategic plans, monthly actuals reviews, investment requests and cashflow management. The Head of FP&A is also pivotal in maintaining the highest level of compliance in Maison operations.

This position reports to the FP&A Associate Director, Richemont SEAO and is part of Cartier Regional Executive Committee. The position is acting as a key contact with Cartier HQ Finance based in Geneva and is a senior leader of the Richemont FP&A community of APAC and SEAO driving FP&A initiatives, promoting best practices and elevating professional competency of the Finance function.

The position manages 1 direct report in Singapore and 3 dotted-line controllers based in Australia, Thailand and Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Safeguard the assets and resources of the Maison by maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions and prioritisation of resource in a context of cost optimisation

MAIN PURPOSE

· The PR & Communications Executive will support the Head of Marketing to develop and implement Communications & PR strategy in South East Asia Oceania (SEAO) region, amplify brand visibility and promote Panerai’s corporate identity and mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand support – serves as the region liaison on adhering global brand guidelines and providing feedback to local markets
• Maintain press and KOLs relationship within SEA region

PR

· Develop media and PR relations strategy to support product launches, local events, global experiences, and other brand initiatives

· Partner with Mall landlords to create partnership tie-ups, request for mall visibility spaces and secure regular digital communications coverage to drive traffic

· Liaison with retail partners & distributors on marketing collaterals and communications.

· Creation of dedicated monthly landlord & dealers social media kits in collaboration with the Marketing and Wholesale teams

Retail Marketing

· Work with retail functions to create in boutique marketing communication elements (like assets creation and copywriting)

· Implement marketing communications to promote novelties, campaigns, activations or services in boutiques

· Execute strategies within the clienteling toolbox ensuring that all boutiques have communication assets and deliverables as needed to grow VICs program

A&P Budget Management

· Administer communication budget: Expenses, Invoicing, Payments

Reporting to the Commercial Director South East Asia, the Regional Retail Performance & Training Manager is responsible to drive Retail Performance and Excellence across the South East Asia and Oceania region.

Frequently travelling to IWC Boutiques regionally, he/she will take responsibility for supporting IWC Boutiques and their staff in achieving their ambitious targets with regards to sales and customer experience.

He/she will drive a cohesive action plan in partnership with local managers to support IWC’s growth while fostering a superior and consistent experience for IWC’s customers across the SEAO region also through adequate training & coaching support.

TITLE Regional Retail Performance & Training Manager

REPORTING LINE Commercial Director South East Asia

OBJECTIVES

· To drive a consistent customer experience, retail performance and overall operational coordination across the IWC Boutique network in SEAO.

· Drive day to day business culture in the Boutiques by leveraging retail excellence & performance tools (i.e. sales reports, KPI dashboards, mystery shopping analysis, training/coaching).

· Deliver training to teams and perform on-site coaching to improve Boutique KPIs.

· Partner with respective Country Managers or Commercial Managers to identify gaps for improvement and deliver best-in-class customer experience.

· Work closely with HQ Direct-to-Consumer as well as cross functional teams (i.e. digital, CRM and CRC).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Performance and Excellence

· Set realistic and ambitious sales and KPI targets across the internal (and external) BTQ network in close collaboration with the Commercial Director (understand and know how to influence the client equation).

· Analyze KPI's/reports and identify/propose priority actions to achieve targets and business growth per BTQ.

· Strive for operational excellence within all Boutiques, proactively work with the Boutique management to improve operations and identify room for improvement.

Boutique Experience and Customer Development

· Together with local Country Managers, identify and drive areas of improvement for retail teams and deliver a best-in-class customer and Boutique experience.

· Ensure adequate trainings, store coaching and close monitoring to ensure KPIs are met (i.e. prospect rate, conversion rate, retention rate, average price, database growth)

· Elevate the retail team’s customer-centric approach and selling ceremony (together and in close collaboration with HQ team performance training team).

· Improve the efficient use of clienteling tools to support sales growth and further build customer portfolio management across the Boutique network (in close collaboration with the local CRM & CX manager).

· Identify skills and competencies required for elevated retail experience, with a focus on clienteling in order to grow sales and improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.

· Translate IWC’s global standards to meet local opportunities across all markets. Localise/adapt training programmes/content to enhance selling skills.

· Conduct regular sales coaching for Boutique Managers.

· Collaborate with HQ Training team on MyCopilot learning app roll out.

Job Description

In this role, the Manager will be the regional correspondent to the Maisons and Group functions in South Asia. and the APAC Richemont Group Marketing Team.

They will be responsible for transversal marketing and strategic projects in South Asia, covering the different areas of expertise represented by Richemont Group Marketing.

Market & competitive intelligence

Client Marketing

· Monitor the performance of our Media Agency in charge of media planning and buying for the Maisons. Work closely with the Maisons in South Asia and the APAC Richemont Group Marketing Team to identify opportunities to accelerate growth for the Maisons or resolve any strategic or operational issues in the partnership with the agency.

Stakeholder Management and Planning

· Contribute to departments’ road-map and respond to ad-hoc needs on a diverse range of business and marketing topics.

· Be the local counterpart of Richemont Group Marketing APAC and nurturing the APAC team and HQ with relevant local expertise.

Profile

· Bachelor or Masters degree.

· Minimum 6 years of experience in business & marketing intelligence / integrated marketing preferably from sizable and international enterprises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Act as a Project Lead for current and upcoming supply chain projects in the region, including LNR implementation, new stock fulfilment model creation, new logistic routes development, and various system upgrade amongst others
