This role is within our SSEN Transmission Cyber Resilience for Operational Technology (CROT) programme team supporting our Digital Strategy and Vision to be a progressive network owner, using digital to enhance social and economic value, deliver a leading experience for our customers and to enable the energy system to support net zero carbon emissions.
The Senior Project Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading Cybersecurity technology programmes and solution development teams to realise our NSCS CAF (National Cyber Security Centre, Cyber Assessment Framework) compliance roadmap and will play a critical role in helping to build out delivery capability within this area. A vital part of the role is delivering the requirements and security risk reduction as per our stakeholder expectations.
As Senior Project Delivery Lead, youll be accountable for end-to-end delivery of the Cybersecurity Programme of work via multiple delivery teams using best practice methodologies, ensuring effective control over costs and resourcing enabling the delivery of appropriate risk reduction.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading technology delivery of Cybersecurity programmes and projects using predominantly Waterfall delivery approaches deploying an Agile approach where tactically appropriate, with a focus on risk reduction outcomes.
- Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with multiple delivery teams, central teams, stakeholders at all levels and business teams to ensure that interfaces work correctly and continually improve the approach the Business Unit takes on delivery of risk reduction in out Operational Technology (OT) environment.
- Ensure programme interdependencies are understood and managed across parallel Cybersecurity programmes under the CROT umbrella.
- Ensuring successful transition to service, ensuring change lands well and meets business and OT operational needs.
- Manage multiple delivery teams and third parties across end-to-end product lifecycles to ensure that resultant systems/services deliver the specified outcomes, within budget and timescale.
- Provide regular updates against the defined outcomes to demonstrate performance and progress against the product roadmap, as well as presenting relevant information into the assurance point process.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Extensive experience of delivering complex Cybersecurity or IT Programmes, demonstrating and meeting risk reduction, Business value and outcomes with the ability to develop countermeasures and contingency plans associated with significant delivery risk.
- Supporting budget and funding submissions, advocating for the correct level of funding to deliver against the products, business and operational requirements.
- In-depth understanding of Cybersecurity products, services and systems.
- Ideally skilled in several project management / change management approaches, in particular Waterfall or Agile delivery, as well as Prince2, APM and PMP.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience of project development through the optioneering and initial design phases, with an ability to develop the optimum project solution, deliver to timescales and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver multiple project outputs to inform key processes such as Planning Applications, Tenders and Design Works.

What is the Role?
As an Electrical Networks Design Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for technical development of capital projects for our distribution network, from feasibility through to approved for construction stage, using a suite of engineering standards. Project designs relate to underground cable, overhead line and substation situations up to 33kV. The project portfolio includes network refurbishment, reinforcement or automation and plant replacement.

- The day-to-day management and supervision of a multi-disciplined team of crafts persons and semi-skilled staff.

- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships whilst effectively negotiating and influencing across a variety of seniority levels.
- Progression is possible by completing the necessary training and assessment process, followed by carrying out the duties and responsibilities of SAP under the Hydro System Safety Rules.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role and applicants should ideally reside or be prepared to relocate to or within 30 miles of Killin.

What is the Role?
Based in our dedicated control room in Montrose and working on a competitive shift pattern, you will play a pivotal role within the team monitoring, controlling and optimising the operation of Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the assets and coordination of our offshore personnel and vessels, working to safely maximise generation.
Some of your main accountabilities will include:
- Coordinating personnel working offshore during operational and maintenance activities.
- Managing the safe and controlled release of Wind Turbine plant for maintenance under WTSRs.
- Responding remotely to turbine and electrical system alarms.
- Monitoring, coordinating and reporting generation output and availability.

What do I need?

- Experience in a Control Room / Control Systems environment, preferably from an electrical, operations, production or marine environment, but more importantly, we're interested in seeing candidates with transferable skills involving knowledge of production or generation plant, operational maintenance etc.
- Knowledge of HV electrical safety rules and safe systems of work.
- A good understanding of electrical system operations with the ability to read and understand Electrical single line diagrams.

- Knowledge of the electricity distribution network and experience of working in live electricity substation environments from 11kV - 132kV.
- Previous experience will include working on DC battery systems, internal panel wiring modification, multicore cable terminating and glanding, wiring circuit breakers, CT's/VT's to marshalling kiosks and control panels, AC/DC wiring and replacing 33kV outdoor circuit breakers and isolators. The ability to read and interpret single line wiring diagrams and cable ferruling.
- A high regard for safety, especially construction sites and CDM regulations with strong customer service skills.
- Previous electricity network operational authorisations would be extremely beneficial as would training and qualifications in scaffold, telehandler, furzeweld, working at height, confined space, asbestos, COSHH, Loler and SMSTS.
