Multi-Trade Operative

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Voids/Responsive team, based in Banbury. In this role you will be responsible for carrying out general repairs to both void and tenanted properties, as well as fitting kitchens and bathrooms. The role will include both team and lone working and you will attend up to 10 sites a day. We are looking for a team player with experience in a previous trade role however training will be provided where needed.

The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include:

- Attending properties to carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties
- Resolving problems or setting into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
- Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking these when needed
- Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer


Skills and experiences:

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Responsive Repairs team, based in Ipswich. With a mix of skills and qualifications, the role will involve working on repairs for void properties and will cover all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance, including doors and windows. The role is mainly lone working with opportunities to work with the wider team as and when required, sharing out of hours call outs on a rota basis. With a company van and tools included the role will cover the sites across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.

Fire Electrician

We are looking for a qualified Fire Electrician to join our London team. You’ll predominately be carrying out small works/remedial works and the occasional planned preventative maintenance works when the business requires it. The role is mainly lone working; however, you will join a wider team of experienced engineers. This role is mobile covering the London and South East Region, therefore you’ll be provided with a company van and all the power and essential tools needed for the job to ensure properties are compliant and safe. Landscape Technician

We are looking for a Landscape Technician to join our Estate Service team based in Telford. Working as part of a small team of 2, as well as lone working you will be responsible for the ground works on various sites across Shropshire. The role will involve lawn mowing, hedge/shrub pruning and litter picking. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and a well organised team player with good interpersonal skills who has previous experience in a gardening role and knows how to operate garden tools and powered machinery.

The role of Grounds Maintenance Operative will include:

Multi-Trade Operative

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Voids team based in the Salisbury. Covering sites across the South West you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to empty properties including but not limited to fixing leaking taps, replacing baths, changing a door handle and hanging new doors to bring properties back to a lettable standard for new customers. The team also carry out external repairs including fencing and groundworks and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with a full training plan.

Estate Technician

Weston-Super-Mare

£23,890
- £25,147 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 16:30pm

We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Weston-Super-Mare. This role will involve working in a small team of 2 carrying out grounds maintenance tasks, the removal of fly tipping and general cleaning tasks. A van and tools will be provided to assist in this role. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.

The role of Estate Technician will include:

- Grass cutting, litter picking and gutter cleaning
- Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
- Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work


Skills and experiences:

- Some practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery an advantage
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
- Previous experience in working with Housing Associations would be an advantageous, but not essential
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
