Job Responsibilities:
• Formulate media and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring monthly personal targets are met
• Independently source and liaise with vendors to secure roadshow booth locations
• Schedule and plan out the roadshow locations' calendar
• Ensure all logistical aspects of the roadshow, such as venue booking, event set up, are well organized
• In charge of booth setup, fabrication and event marketing/promotion
• Compile roadshow data for analysis to improve future roadshows
• Develop and implement sales strategies with team members.
• Compile event data and feedback for analysis and reporting to improve future roadshows.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align roadshow efforts with overall promotional strategies.
• Experience in event planning and execution, preferably with roadshow or promotional events
• Other adhoc tasks whenever necessary

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee a group of outlets and work with respective branch managers to develop and implement short term and long-term plans in line with the company strategies.

• Regular monitoring of outlets sales and ensure goal and expectation are achieved.

• Works with Management to circulate all communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for Branch Managers and ensures there are systems in place to enable the Branch Managers to receive the information in a timely manner.

• To act as a leader in assigned territory by leading, inspire and develop the outlet teams in delivering a true brand experience for consumers and lead a team of Branch Managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.

• Undertake sound financial management to ensure outlets are profitable and stay within budget.

• Responsible to ensure outlet’s operation are following SOP, well organised and properly merchandised.

• To implement all aspects of sales related activities such as planning, monitoring, and measuring of customers within the defined territory.
• Conduct market research on competitive sales packages.
