SAP ABAP HR, Lead Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of ABAP experience
- HCM Experience preferred
- Fiori Experience an advantage
- Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML..
- Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services
- Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web based business process as a service application solutions

Job Description:

- Ensure succession planning within the department
- Complete the team’s appraisals
- Participate in the recruitment of new employees and contribute to the retention strategy of the company
- Be responsible for the development of the NGA-IP department and to the ongoing process of improvement
- Spearhead initiating communications within NGA parties regarding cross tower functionalities and procedural clarity
