NUS is a Training Partner of an IMDA-appointed Training Partner Consortium formed to set up and operate a Programme Manager Office (PMO) to support the upskilling and reskilling of the ICT workforce. The PMO isknown as NUS ICT Academy. SCALE shall, in partnership with other NUS Faculties and Schools, manage the Academy. To augment the manpower resources in the Academy, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates to join as Manager, Outreach and Placement Programmes (NUS ICT Academy).
This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis, up to 31 July 2026 only, subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities:
Outreach Activities
• Initiate and conduct outreach activities, as well as manage both the relationship and implementation oforganisations’ manpower re-deployment plans; organisations include MNCs, Large Local Enterprises (LLEs),SMEs, members of Trade Associations & Chambers (TACs) and Unions.
• Grow a strong network of organisations as key employers and industry partners.
Partnership
• Collaborate with relevant partners and government agencies to actively promote career opportunities andhelp PMETs in identifying personal goals, re-skilling and career planning.
• Collaborate with the various Institutions of Higher Learning, Training Providers and NUS Academic Units inproviding suitable courses for the placement programmes, seeking government funding support and engaging inemployer outreach activities for placement programmes.
Placement Administration
• Pursue job placement targets and ensure rapid, sustainable growth in all identified industry segments.
Publicity
• Work with the Marketing team in creating marketing materials and tools to conduct outreach activities.
• Market and generate awareness of NUS programmes and placement-oriented programmes to bothorganisations and individuals.
• Assist to promote re-employment programmes (e.g. CCP, SCTP) to organisations such as MNCs, LargeLocal Enterprises (LLEs), SMEs, members of Trade Associations & Chambers (TACs) and Unions.
Project Management
• Assist in managing Placement Programmes, such as Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) or similar typeof initiatives, including project strategy design, outreach activities, stakeholder management, programmestructures, systems development and project operations.
• Assist in driving implementation of organisations’ manpower re-deployment plans ; organisations includeMNCs, Large Local Enterprises (LLEs), SMEs, members of Trade Associations & Chambers (TACs) and Unions.
• Conduct on-board activities for organisations and employees to the placement programmes.
• Track the outcomes of the placement programmes through reports and collection of success stories.
• Check programme milestones and disburse grants to companies.
Administration
• Assist in secretariat functions of NUS ICT Academy
• Generate and prepares reports for updates and decision-making
• Coordinate all administrative matters for the NUS ICT Academy
• Liaise with HR, Finance and other corporate services representatives
• Maintain and upkeep databases related to the Academy
• Compile and analyse statistics for submission to Government agencies
