As part of this role, you will be tasked with formulating strategies, developing initiatives, coordinating operations, executing plans, overseeing activities, and evaluating the performance of our human resources function.
Job Description:
- The primary responsibility of a recruitment researcher is to conduct comprehensive research on potential candidate pools for open positions.
- Conduct research on potential job candidates using various sources such as job boards, social media platforms, and databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the required qualifications and criteria.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to narrow down the candidate pool and gather additional information.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide feedback on the candidates.
- Prepare and present reports on candidate assessments, including candidate summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree holder
- At least 1 year in the recruitment industry
- Passionate about handling recruitment and sourcing.
- Supporting mass hiring support.
- Comfortable to achieve KPI and targets
- Location: Singapore/ Kuala Lumpur
