Position Title: Accounts Admin

Job Summary
The Accounts Admin will play a pivotal role in our finance department, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all financial transactions and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a background in accounting or finance. The Accounts Admin will support the Finance Manager in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing various administrative duties to support the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including preparing and sending invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile discrepancies or issues with billing, payments, and customer accounts.
2. Bank Reconciliations:
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
3. Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and classified.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Working Conditions
• Office environment with standard working hours.
• Employees may be expected to perform home based work on Saturdays (till 12pm).
• Occasional extended hours may be required during peak periods such as month-end and year-end closings.
