Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, you will be supporting the marketing department to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels and throughout *SCAPE and the Somerset Precinct, for both internal (including outsourced personnel) and external stakeholders, as well as offering seamless and innovative integrated experiences that (1) widen outreach to Singapore's youth population, (2) build, maintain and deepen strong connections between *SCAPE and youths, and among the youths.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Digital Initiatives:
- Work with agency partner or team members on achieving paid and owned media amplification for *SCAPE and related programmes and initiatives on all external facing communications.
- Manage relationship with suppliers and stakeholders for creative production, advising branding guidelines, propose design solution and execute creative direction.
- Manage SCAPE's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and content.
- Engage with *SCAPE's target audiences, including youth, creatives, and the local community, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop compelling and relevant creative content for *SCAPE’s traditional and digital platforms, including those of the Somerset precinct.
- Develop strategic and tactical concepts and create high quality visual designs and motion graphics for web, print and outdoor advertising spaces, e.g. brochures, posters, banners, advertisement, logos, etc.
- Develop regular reports and analysis with data-driven insights for stakeholders that evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee installation and assist with the production of outdoor media, collaterals and gifts.
2. Branding & Public Relations:
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints and facilitate timely updates/refreshes on *SCAPE’s brand assets, and those of the Somerset precinct, when required.
- Manage brand assets and maintain brand repository on SharePoint.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships between *SCAPE and key media contacts, youth-sector organisations, etc.
- Develop written materials, including editorial content, press releases, media Q&A and holding statements, as required.
- Provide timely responses for day-to-day media relations/media requests and during crisis situations for the Somerset precinct and *SCAPE, along with public enquiries and feedback, on both traditional and digital feedback channels.
3. Internal Collaboration
- Develop branded templates, graphics, and other collateral to maintain a consistent visual identity across internal communications.
- Work closely with other *SCAPE departments, such as Programming, Engagement, and Planning, to ensure a cohesive and user/customer-centric approach to marketing.
- Provide marketing expertise and support to help other teams effectively promote their initiatives and engage their target audiences.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices, success stories, and other valuable information among internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in either marketing, creative/design services, content production, media planning, corporate communications, public relations (in-house or agency) or journalism.
- Familiar with market research, data analytics, design thinking and testing, and adapt in leveraging these insights and emerging technologies to develop customised and targeted communications and marketing deliverables with strong brand resonance.
- Has a strong understanding of emergent media platforms, media and digital media trends.
- Able to remain calm, stay optimistic and communicate clearly, concisely and in a timely manner in times of crisis.
- Prior experience managing multiple projects at a time preferred.
- Experience in working in retail-related advertising and promotion activities is a plus.
