Facilities / Operations and Hospitality Manager – Geylang ( 51/2 Day)
- Manage licences renewal, repair and replacement projects
- develop and manage contracts for services whch are outsourced, against financial, performance and outcome targets including but not limited to cleaning, security and parking
- ensure timely and prompt responses to all feedbacks and complaints following management rules and regulations
- develop and monitor key performance indicators facilities maintenance works, and manage performance towards targets and benchmarks
- manage efficient use of resources ( i.e. equipment, time, physical assets, supplies & etc within the building
- establish and develop strategies, goals and action plans for development of hospitality offerings
- oversee and administration of event spaces e,g. multi-purpose hall, conferences and activity rooms, catering and F & B assets
- manage and enhance guest / public experiences across all touchpoints
- perform other dutes as assigned by the management
- Min diploma in Estate management preferred
- min 3 years of relevant working experience
- basic electrical, p & S, BMS, ACMV, building & fire safety knowledge
- BasiC Salary : S$ 4000- S$ 5500 neg
